Okay individual hot pot. The food and selection of soup base are good, leaving you with a lot of options. The soup is well cooked and leaving gentle taste, not too heavy feeling from a lot of seasoning. The fresh meat is nice, though I'm not recommending the fish balls and all that. The wait time for food is long, so be patient.

If you’re craving a satisfying Japanese hot pot experience, this restaurant delivers on all fronts. Their rich, flavorful broths perfectly complement the high-quality ingredients, including tender beef slices, fresh shrimp, vibrant vegetables, and their signature shrimp paste, which adds a delightful touch of umami. Food is delicious, making it ideal for a cozy meal with friends or family. The seating area is spacious and comfortable, with a welcoming ambiance that invites you to relax and savor every bite. Whether you’re a hot pot enthusiast or a first-timer, this spot is worth a visit! Service is a bit slow!

This is where each person eats a hot pot. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. The price is a little high, so I think it's better to go with a large group. The service from the staff was also good. There are other foods other than hotpot, so you can enjoy a variety of things.

If you’re craving hot pot but don’t want to worry about breakouts, this place is a great choice. The restaurant offers a variety of Japanese side dishes alongside its main hot pot dish, such as sushi, salmon roe, grilled mackerel... The menu is well-balanced, featuring healthy options, not overly greasy or hot. The food is incredibly fresh; the shrimp paste balls are clearly made fresh, not frozen. The broths are collagen based, not salty or too spicy, and there’s an abundance of vegetables that you won't even finish. I went on March 8th and got a 50% discount on desserts. The restaurant is apparently part of the same chain as Hokkaido Sachi, so the desserts are identical. The bamboo charcoal roll and matcha ice cream were delicious. Also, modern design & spacy seating, just a bit noisy.

This is a go-to hotpot restaurant if you are looking for something light and fresh. The broth may not be flavorful enough for those who are big fans of Haidilao or Hutong, but super tasty in a gentle way that goes well with its juicy beef and fish. I don’t really like fish in hotpot, but my experience with most types of fish here was wonderful. Some of them are freshly cut, but some are frozen, which you can tell from the photos on the menu or ask their staff. They offer a wide range of meats, mostly American/Australian/Japanese beef and Iberico pork, which all serve a nice portion for 2. You can give the 5-type combo a try and beef tounge is good as well. The most outstanding part of this restaurant, which is also the reason for my revisits, I must say, is their vegetables. So fresh that I almost always spend more on vegetables than meats actually. they always offer you a free bow of vegetables. Much as I love mushroom, I don’t really enjoy the mushroom options tbh, but basically enoki mushroom cannot fail, right? I visit Asanoha at least 4 times/month (last week I visited them twice ), and here are my recommendation for 2 average pax: - Asanoha broth. You can top up some Japanese pink pepper for more spicy. - 5-type beef combo or 2 different meaty dishes at your choice. - Sturgeon or any kind of fish. - Spinach ramen x2 (1 each). - As many vegetables and mushroom as you wish. - Fried yuba and gingko (appetizer). - Tea (hot/iced, free-flow, 16k VND). Their juice and kombucha is nice, too, but too little for me. => Around 800k - 1000k VND for the above list, depending on the meat and drinks. I usually have 2 or 3 plates of fish so I end up ~ 1m+ for 2 people after 10% discount . The atmosphere is acceptable because they are usually crowded at dinner time, but not too noisy unless there are families that fail to deal with their own children sometimes. Their service is generally above average. Nice, warm, and knowledgeable staff, but sometimes they are not able to notice if you are looking for assistance. I once had bad experience with their frozen fish, but they immediately took it back for the chef to review and deducted it from my bill after I refused to get an alternative. Also, their shift captain apologized us sincerely a few times until we left. That turned out not a too bad experience in the end. I hope to bring this nice restaurant to more people so that it can survive the harsh hotpot competition in HCMC :)) Hi Asanoha, if you are reading this, call and send me my new signature membership card :) You promised me 3 months ago and I still haven’t received it after several times asking your staff, knowing that the Marketing team should be in charge :)

We stopped by for dinner after shopping at the Takashimaya Ho Chi Minh City. The gate and deco caught our eyes while we walked by, and they did not have any waiting, so we stopped by to try out the place. The servers were nice and friendly (very helpful with our niece). The food was decent, not bad but not impressive either. The quality of meats were good (fresh and tasty). Total time for order, waiting, and eating was fast.

Excellent service from TRUNG HIEU who assisted us with our order We ordered two hot pots - one with meat, one with veggies. Both were delicious Restaurant gives free condiments as well as tea Definitely a good value

We had a very nice lunch here. Overall, the quality is very good - the beef, seafood and veggies were all very good. Our only real complaints were the signature Asanoha broth is VERY mild in flavor and they didn’t provide enough garlic, etc to get the dipping sauces (sesame and vinegar) strong enough to offset. After it cooked down (reduced) it was quite tasty. Oh, and they served warm beer, but no ice, so we had to ask several times for ice to enjoy a cold beer. That said, overall we quite liked it and the service otherwise was very good and prompt. Good place.
